The code uses a static `ProcessBuilder` instance to execute `pwd` and `ls` commands. The issue arises because the `ProcessBuilder` command is constructed by concatenating the `command` field with `"cd" and "cdTheTest"` but not having any input validation or sanitation. The `execute` method of the `ProcessBuilder` is used with the command, which can be seen as a security threat. An attacker could potentially pass in parameters that would make the `ProcessBuilder` execute some dangerous shell command or system call. To address this vulnerability, the command being passed should be sanitized and validated for it does not contain invalid sequences or unexpected sequences that would alter the command being executed. This is the command input sanitization technique.
