Environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and noise levels can affect these calls.**RESEARCH QUESTION:** How do environmental factors (temperature, humidity, and noise levels) impact the number and frequency of mating calls in male frogs?**PREDICTION:** Hypothesis: As temperature rises, there will be an increase in the number and frequency of mating calls. As humidity increases, the number and frequency of mating calls will decrease. As noise levels increase, the number and frequency of mating calls will decrease.**DEPENDENT VARIABLE:** Number and frequency of mating calls**CONSTANT VARIABLES:** Types of frogs, age of frogs, species of frogs, species of frogs, shape of frogs, number of frogs**INDEPENDENT VARIABLES:** Temperature, humidity, noise levels**METHODOLOGY:** 1. **Experimental Setup:** - For temperature: 5 space of frogs use in a room with the temperatures of 15°C, 20°C, 25°C, 2°C, and 35°C - For humidity: 5 space of frogs use in a room with the humidity of 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, and 70% - For noise levels: 5 space of frogs use in a room with the noise levels of 20dB, 40dB, 60dB, 80dB, and 100dB ***For each of these experiments, there will be five space of frogs tested.2. **Process:** - Put frogs in a room with different environmental factors (temperature, humidity, noise levels) for about 2 hours. - Record the number and frequency of mating calls made by each frog.3. **Analysis:** - Analyze the data to see if there are any significant effects of these environmental factors on the number and frequency of mating calls.**RESULTS:** - **Temperature Effect:** There are significant differences in the number and frequency of mating calls at different temperatures. As temperature increases, the number and frequency of mating calls increase. - **Humidity Effect:** There are significant differences in the number and frequency of mating at different humidity levels. As humidity increases, the number and frequency of mating calls decrease. - **Noise levels:** There are significant differences in the number and frequency of mating at different noise levels. As noise levels increase, the number and frequency of mating calls decrease.**CONCLUSION:** These findings show that environmental factors (temperature, humidity, noise levels) have an impact on the number and frequency of mating calls in male frogs. Further research could explore how other factors such as age, size, and breeding season influence these calls. This could provide valuable insights into the behavior and ecology of frogs in different environments.
